We're happy to share that we participated in the "Run for Care - 4.0” race which was held on January 29, 2023 (Sunday) organized by Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS). It was a student-led activity to raise funds for the “Karunashraya” cancer Hospice in Bangalore. Karunashraya is a joint project of the Indian Cancer Society (Karnataka Chapter) and the Rotary Club of Bangalore Indiranagar, to provide free professional palliative care for advanced-stage cancer patients who are beyond cure.
AluK was a gold sponsorer for this noble event. We all took part in the 3K run, completed it, and received medals as winners. After the race, a nice breakfast was served to everyone. AluK Team members and their families enjoyed the day.
This event not only gave us the opportunity to connect with many families and children, but it also gave us the satisfaction of supporting those who are battling cancer.
We also like to say a big thank you to Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS), who organized Run for Care 4.0.
